Change Management Foundations
“Change before you have to.” – Jack Welch
Change is inevitable, and organisations that effectively navigate and embrace change gain a competitive advantage. Change is an opportunity for growth and innovation, and with the right skills, you can drive positive transformation and create a brighter future for yourself and your organisation.
Change management is the structured approach of preparing, supporting, and guiding individuals, teams, and organisations through significant transitions.
CHANGE CATALYST: NAVIGATING THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION consists of six training sessions, where you will develop your understanding of change management principles and practices and be equipped with the tools to feel well-prepared to lead and navigate change in a practical way.
Participants will gain knowledge of various change management models, learn strategies for communicating change messages, and develop techniques to manage resistance and address employee concerns. They will also acquire skills in stakeholder engagement, change strategy development, and evaluation of change initiatives.
By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with a solid foundation in change management principles, enabling them to drive positive and successful change within their organisation and contribute to long-term organisational growth and adaptability.
