Subashnee has been in legal practice for 19 years. She has over the last 16 years been exposed to a wide variety of conveyancing and property related matters, both residential and commercial, including the opening of sectional title registers, sale in execution transfers, general transfers, share block matters, subdivisions and consolidations and drafting of a wide variety of agreements.
Subashnee has also worked closely with various banking institutions in relation to mortgage bond registrations, notarial bond registrations, bond cancellations, foreclosure transfers, deceased estate transfers and distressed sales.
